The previous ODM produced model had had so many problems with the usability/ergonomics, mechanical function & audio quality that the client was on the verge of losing a major customer, with the help of my design, together with the efforts of the entire Sigma engineering team, they could retain the customer who already had one foot out the door, and could sell it at a higher retail price without increased production costs.
